I purchased this stove over 5 years ago, so I know I'm well past my warranty. But this is the worst stove I have ever had. The stovetop is awful. After the first year, it looked as though the finish was coming off. There are areas of the stovetop that look awful. I just dealt with it. But now the front burners are not working properly. Owned for 1.5 years, build quality isn't up to par

It's an alright stove mainly got it because of the value and style it provided. However, that begins to wane when you realize how cheap this appliance was built. The stainless steel is very easy to rust. I know Samsung owns a metal foundry and have the expertise. So, why not at least passivate the stainless pieces before putting it on the machine or coat it with a high temp resistant clearcoat. Anyone reading this review, I urge you to do your research on these Samsung electric ranges just by googling and any other appliances they make. They are all terribly made. We purchased a different brand which did not perform anywhere near our expectations even though it was doing what it was supposed to do according to the service technician who came out. Hate it

I am writing this review without even trying our stove. I have had this for a couple days and am miserable. I would return it if I wasn't past the time just from the issues with the stove top alone!!!! We ordered this through our local Lowes Pro Desk. Nice looking stove but high maintenance

This stove is nice looking and love cooking with it. It even has a convection cooking option, however, the cleaning of the stove is way more maintenance than my old stove. With the solid black glass cooktop, Every spec is visible. You have to be so careful with this cooktop or it will scratch or get damaged, it is not very durable. Bad oven design

I bought this and after one use a horseshoe major scrape on the bottom of the oven appeared. While still in warranty I had it looked at and they determined it was a manufacturer defect for which it would take me two more yrs of fighting samsung to get them to honor and refund me. Disappointing Appliance

We have owned this for over 2 years now and there have been countless times I have been frustrated with the product. 1 basic complaint but it impacts the product's daily use. Quality & customer service not as expected

We purchased this oven when remodeling our kitchen this year & have been using it for about 5 months. We use the cooktop often & have experienced bubbling on the burner surfaces that cannot be cleaned.
