Very disappointed as this is Samsung and I had high expectations. It's a beautiful fridge, but functionality is very disappointing. My biggest gripe about this fridge is the fact that you don't have the ability to adjust any shelving. There is very minimal adjustments you can make in the main fridge. Dependable and useful features
I've had the refrigerator for about 7 months now and feel I can make some observations about it. First, I've had no problems with it at all. It just works fine and nothing has failed so far - fingers crossed. I like it a lot, and two features I thought were gimmicky when I bought it turned out to be my favorite things. Great at first but doesn't last.
So at first the only complaint was that the pitcher in the door loses it's water-tight seal after about 6 months of use, so it leaks whenever you pour it. Irritating, but not a huge problem. We loved the fridge's layout and physical features (we don't care about the smart features). Dead in less than 7 years
Don't buy. The water pitcher warped after the first year and was unusable. The water dispenser and ice maker died after the 3rd. Now in the 6th year the compressor died and Freon is leaking. These are a common issues with this fridge. Samsung make terrible appliances stay away.

Great fridge, sucky icemaker
If you have time to wait for this thing to dispense some ice, here's a nice refrigerator. Spacious, well-lit, adjustable shelves. Regularly, after glass is pulled away from icemaker, 3 or 4 cubes will fall onto the floor. Cubes are partially ground. And no clear English speaking customer service.
