Freezer has a rattle when sliding in and out. The one door is slightly off. The installers of course took all spare parts that came with the unit so we cannot adjust the doors, (along with tearing up our storm door frame so there's a repair we now have to pay for).

Great refrigerator - bad delivery service

This refrigerator has ample space (even if it is counter depth), was easy to set-up and install. We had to perform most of the installation because the delivery service only did a very small installation. They only remove part of the plastic covering and did not level the fridge not its door. It is quiet which is a big plus for us. The dual ice maker is also great. We enjoy the small ice cubes. The lower small shelves are not very useful as you don't see them if you are tall.

Love my new fridge and service was excellent

New fridge.. mine went out so I went to lowes . Recieved the best service and was in and out within 39 minutes. No back and fourth with sales people. I explained what I needed and was taken to three selections that fit what i needed for a replacement. Even provided a tape measure to make sure it would fit.

Do NOT buy this. Ice maker does not work

Do no buy a Samsung refrigerator. The in-door ice makers are faulty. There is a poorly designed cooling system and the ice will not freeze completely, causing a dripping mess. I believe this is due to an air circulation issue in the ice compartment. No one seems to be sure. There are a million youtube videos and web article about this, all offering tricks that help a little but don't really fix it. Happy/Sad

The refrigerator functions as expected and the freezer section is large and roomy. The plastic wrapping and tape is a “bear” to remove. The delivery team brought the refrigerator into my house and took care to avoid damages or scratches. The one thing I did not expect was removing all the shipping plastic and tape. It took me and my wife approximately an hour to remove it. In my opinion the delivery team should remove it.

I bought this Samsung fridge from Lowe’s a little over two months ago, and it’s already a complete disaster. The fridge and freezer stopped cooling, and the ice maker quit working altogether. Spacious, Sleek & Totally Worth It

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The storage space is amazing…everything has a place, and nothing feels crammed. The shelves are adjustable, the lighting is bright, and the temperature stays consistent. The ice and water dispenser works smoothly, and the overall design looks sleek in my kitchen. No complaints so far; it’s been a great upgrade.

It keeps food cold.

Pros: it keeps things cold, the ice size options are nice Cons: the left door swings shut constantly when you’re trying to get something. We’ve tried changing the level but it doesn’t fix it. The ice maker is HUGE and takes up a bunch of space in the fridge so not really getting 30 cu ft. The trays in the door are super narrow and awkwardly shaped so it’s again, lost space. The ice maker does not work

The ice maker never worked. I called lowes support, they gave me number for samsung. I spoke with samsung, they gave me maintenance suggestions to perform. After performing all the maintenance items, it still does not make ice. I called samsung back, gave them the reference number, they will not help anymore. This refrigerator is less than 2 months old. I think I am stuck with this refrigerator.
