I will admit upfront that my partner and I did no research before buying this fridge. We were in the market for a new one that had more space than our 19-year-old Maytag fridge. We saw this one, liked the enormous amount of space inside, and the fact that the water was accessible from inside the door and not on the outside. The freezer light quit after a month but I can live without it so I didn't call Samsung until 4 months later when the Refrigerator light quit. Spent an hour on the phone to told "Sorry, you are outside of our services area" and that I needed to align the doors. I checked pre there instructions and the doors are aligned. Disappointed

I’ve had a terrible experience with this product and company. 22 months it lasted, trying to work through the warranty and service provider is absolute nightmare. Just completely died on me just before thanksgiving and samsung care and their service provider treats me like I’m an annoyance. Just awful, never again.

STAY AWAY!! TRUST ME!!

We purchased this refrigerator brand new from lowes. Right off the show room floor. Had it delivered and installed by lowes team. Worked great for right over a year. Soon as the "1 year warranty" mark ended. Boy, did the trouble start. The freezer is completely useless. All my food spoiled, costing me hundreds of dollars. Large refrigerator with many conveniences

So far, so great. The refrigerator space is huge. I love that the water, for drinks, is on the inside, on the door. In the bottom freezer drawer are two kinds of ice cubes. Very handy and feels like a luxury. The water filter is centrally located, so it will be easy to change. It’s a very attractive refrigerator.

My complaint is not with Samsung even though the refrigerator arrived with the seals ripped away from the refrigerator doors. My issue is with Lowes delivery. I purchased the fridge Thursday for delivery Friday (since my current refrigerator was not working) and requested delivery for Friday afternoon I got a text Thursday night that had a Friday morning delivery (no big deal, i understand not all requests can be honored) so we set up a delivery time for Sunday-got a call sunday morning that sa...

2 months old and already had repair.

We bought our Samsung refrigerator 8/21/25. The freezer would not stay cold enough to make ice. Called repair and after the typical (try this, do that, did you do this) they finally agreed to send a repairman. 2 days later he arrived to a warm refrigerator and found a leak in the refrigerant line. 2 more days until part arrived and repair done. Poor customer service with Lowe’s and Samsung

Double check all the interior drawers for damage

The fridge is great. The only issue is one of the vegetables drawers is cracked. I tried calling the store i was put on hold then i was disconnected.
