Limited shelf position options, great otherwise!

We didn’t need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn’t feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. Like the man said, great when it works
I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door ...

Lots of room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tons of room and with sliding shelf it makes it a lot easier to keep taller items cold. Unlike many refrigerators, we have yet to have any items in the back freeze. The stainless steel surface is easy to clean and looks sharp. Can't really say anything about the ice maker because we don't use it.

Roomy and quiet

Also like the outside stainless which is resistant to fingerprints. It is so large we have not yet begun to fill it up. Seems larger than our old refrigerator, even though they are the same size on the outside.

Some poor engineering issues.
*Doors do not soft close. If not forcibly closed, they will stop about 4" before closing. *Doors also do not soft open, instead having a "hard" stop when opened. *Wide drawer in refrigerator section does not close smoothly, seems to not be on rollers/or balanced well. *Icemaker does not make nearly as much ice as our old refrigerator. *Exterior design looks nice--flat, modern design with reduced fingerprint stainless steel.

I bought this refrigerator on January 15 of 25. Within six months the small icemaker quit working when I called they kept telling me to mash two buttons in the back which there was none. I called a service repair man and he told me they were giving me Advice on a model that was five years older after he came the icemaker worked for two weeks and quit and is still not working and I am fed up. Extremely Spacious

Really spacious and allows us to put lots of things in the fridge.It also has a deli drawer.Only thing that I wish it had was a water dispenser.But since we live in the country, our water comes from a well anyways. I control everything from the app temperature and check to see if the door is open as well.I also get notifications when it is open for too long.
