As many others have mentioned, the unbalanced setting is a SERIOUS issue. I've had loads that took all day, apparently filling up and draining a dozen times, trying to balance themselves. I've also had to resort to drip drying water logged items on the fence. And the spin only cycle is not a spin only cycle. It fills back up with water, for some very very confusing reason. This washer worked fine for a little more than one year. Disappoimting
One of the main reasons for buying this washer was because it was suppose to be easier to reach in and get clothes out of. That has not been the case. If anything it has a deeper drum and harder to reach items. A huge disappointment for my wife as I bought this model with her in mind. My husband purchased this washer and it is the worst washer I have ever used. C4 code was on the washer way more than the washer was ever used to wash clothes. Well, everything worked fine until the dongle to update the system for the recalls sent out due. The recall was for the washing machine being at risk for overheating/cause smoke damage/fire risk. This is probably one of the worst washer I have ever had! It is only 3 years old and it brings me so much trouble washing my clothes. Great until not
This washer was my dream come true. Deep fill and the functions, plus more that I wanted. It seriously couldn't get any better. Until 2 years down the road. First the shocks went out. replaced those. Now the barrel is practically free spinning making the new shocks practically useless. Now the door suspension making it a soft close is braking upon closing, causing it lift up the whole motherboard. It's not slowly dying. It's doing this all at once.
