This is a review of the Lowe’s delivery process (not the frig) which I wasn’t otherwise not given a chance to review. Despite specifically scheduling a 8-12am delivery window and taking the morning off work, they ignored the selected time window and gave me an afternoon delivery. I called in the morning to inform them of this problem and they said they could do nothing about it, the schedule was set and could not be modified.
