Bought this refrigerator in Feb 2026 based on the recommendation of the Samsung repair tech that could not fix our Samsung Bespoke French door fridge we had for right at 3 years (which also suffered from the same cabinet refrigerant leak). According to him, the Side-by-side fridges lasted longer based on what he was seeing; that is certainly not the case. Great features and ample storage!
My family is really enjoying this refrigerator. It's smart cool function works great when you have the door open for a minute to load groceries in. This function allows a quick cooldown to maintain the temperature of the food inside while you're loading. There is ample capacity, and the pizza shelf/bracket is a cool feature. Would definitely recommend those model.
