The beverage pitcher that refills as soon as it is put back in place is very convenient and the filtered water is crystal clear. The ice in two different sizes and solidly frozen is perfect for any beverage or recipe. MALFUNCTIONING FREEZER

I love how this refrigerator looks and how the interior is arranged. But within two weeks of receiving the fridge, the freezer began to malfunction. It started to generate frosts across all the items stored inside the freezer which would then cause one or both of the ice makers to stop making ice. Then it would randomly stop then maybe another week or two, start doing the same thing again. I'm going to call for warranty repairs.

I love our fridge!!!

It's awesome, we love it!!! there's a place for everything and everything in its place😁 love the pitcher and being able to fill it automatically or not. Flooded my kitchen and bedroom

The filtration system in these refrigerators are causing horrible damage to homes. Purchased my in Feb.2025 by Aug.2025 my kitchen was flooded. Samsung replaced the part but won't pay for the damage it caused. Don't buy for looks! Research before you buy! The complaints are in the thousands.

WARNING BUYER BEWARE

I don't normally write reviews ever, I know everyone says that but I really don't ever write reviews but I felt the need that this one was necessary. I love seeing some products and I've been buying them for a long time but I think this has set me over the edge if this would be the last one I buy. And it's all due to the customer service... Beautiful and functional

Beautiful and functional. I absolutely love the beverage center and snack station. The fact that the pitcher auto fills is a plus. It also lets you fruit to the water.

Good product

The fridge was delivered this morning. All good with the delovery right on time and the installation went well. To early to give an honest review of the product but so far we are happy with the look, feature and overall quality of the product.

Make sure you take the plastic off the pitcher

Set up was easy. Runs great and looks amazing. It’s nice that it also connects to the smart app.

Not very user+friendly

This unit is not very user friendly. To get ice, you have to open the freezer door, slide open the ice drawer, and it usually drops ice behind the drawer. Then you can open the beverage center door to get water. My recommendation is to simulate how you would interact with the unit before you purchase and regret it afterneaa.

Great features and appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker trays seem to have a good deal of frosting and the bins do not fill up as we had expected. The quality of ice is good but we are concerned w/the frosting and amount of ice produced. The outside is beautiful but does show fingerprints. All in all - we like the new refrigerator, our previous was a Samsung as well for 14 years.
