Fridge seems great but...

We ordered directly from the store expecting to receive a BRAND new fridge, upon arrival delivery driver told us fridge was not in box in the warehouse which was unusual. There was no Styrofoam, booklets etc in fridge. When hooked up to wifi we started to get a fridge door open error message when door was not open, upon further inspection the door hinge was bent so the sensor magnet was not working. Gorgeous! Spacious!

I love looking at it, first off. It is a work of art and a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Inside, I don’t know how they do it, but it seems far more spacious than my old fridge. I like the arrangement of doors and shelves and love that middle drawer(it’s my cheese and deli drawer) So, I am thrilled with this refrigerator. Now, time will tell if it’s internal engineering is as good as its external design and beauty…will keep you posted … please, please, please let it live beyond ten years! Imp...

Scared but we hope we made good choice!

We had our old Samsung with French door and water and ice dispenser, but it was completely stopped working just before Christmas and we fixed the compressor and it was off again. We hope we made the wise decision to rely on Samsung one more time and lets see, how it goes this time, so far it seems more intelligently built one. Can say anything after two years to be honest!

Beautiful spacious fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is awesome, it’s so spacious inside and the drawers it comes with are so convenient, the freezer is huge and the water pitcher is always full with ice cold water so we don’t have to buy so many water bottles anymore. I highly recommend it and it look's beautiful in my kitchen. My next step is the range.

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Not very happy with this refrigerator at the momen

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for servic...

This is our 2nd bespoke but this one the large ice cubes not being made and the freezer drawer upon closing makes a stuttering noise. The Lowe’s rep could not answer on either on why or how to resolve. I called Lowe’s support center and four hours later no response still

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy with our new refrigerator, it looks great and we are happy with the setup inside of it, we were very hesitant about having the water inside the door instead of outside, but we love it. I would have to say the worst part is trying to get my extra panels as part of our purchase rebate, it seems impossible to find a human being.
