Samsung Bespoke French Door 4-Door Flex Refrigerator & Customizable Panels

No customer service

We purchased refrigerator in November and was part of the panel promo. We’ve tried calling and submitting promo but have had no luck!! This company makes it impossible to get these rebates. We have tried to order panels for my refrigerator and I never get them even though I have the promotional code. The customer service is horrible.

12 colors and 2 finishes, fake news.

I can’t believe you still advertise all of the colors that have been unavailable for years and then a promotion on top, wow Samsung. Yeah I still want the colors that were the reason for the purchase. I have had to hear my wife tell me she hates our ugly fridge for a year.

FREE PANEL OFFER SCAM

We purchased this refrigerator for the Customization ability and the ALLURE of the free 4 panels offer only to be STILL not able to find availability of them!!!! You advertise this “CUSTOMIZABLE REFRIGERATOR” and throw in a free panel offer only to not make good on it. Disappointing Samsung Offer

5/15/2024 -- We purchased a Bespoke 3 door fridge that Samsung offered a special to receive the 2 top panels and 1 bottom panel in a color of our choice. In good faith we purchased the Bespoke 3 door with the understanding that we would be able to exchange the panels for a color of our choice 5/29/24 - We received 1 top panel and 1 bottom panel in navy steel blue. 6 months later - we are still waiting on the missing top panel in navy steel blue. Recommended by Leo from Samsung Care. Turns out its not compatible! Reached out to Samsung Care per Leo's recommendation and Paty from Samsung Care says they do not provide support for these types of things. Please contact someone else.

MISLEADING! SCAM!

I am one more customer disappointed with the panels offer. This is the appealing feature of the fridge! So stay true to your word and your offers. We want the panels options!! Customer service is useless

For all of you having troubles with their customers service. File a complaint with Better Business Bureau! After I did that they immediately solved my issue. I spent 10+ hours trying to solve it over messages, phone and nothing happened. A week after my complaint on BBB my money was returned.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY! VERY EASY TO DAMAGE!

This stainless steel panel is nothing but a problem. Easy to scratch during the cleaning. Fingerprints are always visible. Very easy to dent. Very thin metal with no backing. In the car terms - LEMON!!! AND NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY! DO NOT BUY!!! Samsung does not stay behind their product. Class Action suit should be filed based on the quality of these panels.

Misleading offer - panels never in stock

Like many others I bought the fridge with the intention of changing the panels to some of the more interesting colors. First the offer would not go through via the online system so I had to do two very long chats with the promotions department. It took WEEKS to get this approved…only to find out that basically the only colors available are stainless steel and little else? What’s the point?

I feel like i was scammed :(

Like many of the other people writing reviews I feel like i got scammed into buying this fridge with the expectation of being able to replace the panels with cool colors only to find that the promo took months to get approved and then they ran out of stock. Ugh.
