Not a good experience

What a nightmare we have been having with this product so far. We also purchased with the promise of the rebate for use in the blue panels. We aptly got approved for the rebate and got a code and link to use. It does not work. Panel rebate scheme is successful.

Like everyone else I got scammed by the panel rebate scheme. Ended up with the in stock fridge in a finish I dont want under the guise of rebate for different panels. They got my money for the rebate scheme but over a year later still no panels. I will never buy another Samsung product of any kind.

We purchased the fridge back in November. Still haven't received the "free" panels. Says they are not available for delivery in my area or they are out of stock. I completed a request to email me when the panels were back in stock. Great fridge, but get the panels elsewhere, don’t

Love the fridge, but the panel promo is a scam. Nothing is in stock. We wanted an all-white fridge, but had to buy a stainless steel one to get it in time, but figured we could get the white panels with the promo. Nope. I’m sure I’ll get the auto-response too with all the support links, but the phone number goes to the people running the promo, and the support fb messenger link is unhelpful since they don’t know much about the promo or inventory of the panels.

SCAMsung - useless panel rebate

Samsung Bespoke Panel Rebate is a joke. Not a single one color panel available for delivery in CA. Friends warned me not to go with Samsung but was tempted with the bespoke look. I think 50% of the reviewers are not satisfied with Samsung's panel availablity!

Another furious customer who is a victim to the panel scam. I cannot stand my kitchen because of the blue and white eye sore! I want my stainless panels I was promised through rebate when I purchased this thing. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Felt like I should chime in since I was a little concerned by the bad reviews. I had no issues with my panels which I received at no cost due to the promo. One arrived a little corkscrewed, but flattened out once installed and looks flawless. I was able to install without the suction cup using a razor knife to pry the old panels out, but truthfully, I am pretty handy and lucky so proceed with caution. The matte black stainless looks incredible.
