Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is wonderful, been using it for a few years now. The pitcher is used multiple times a day, the different sizes of ice are awesome for thinner neck bottles. Consistent temps in the drawer for drinks. Only issue is I did have a hose burst that required repair. Was fixed in 2 days under warranty and has been great ever sense!

Samsung Bespoke Fridge
Delivery was smooth and quick. Only complaint is it makes ice EXTREMELY slow. Fridge has bee. delivered and installed for a week now. Waterline has been hooked up since delivery and there's not even enough ice to cover the bottom of the ice tray and thats with no use. Overall we love the new appliance and all the space it provides.

Our Samsung Bespoke fridge is only 3 years old, and the compressor has already failed. A major appliance shouldn't break this soon. Very disappointed with the quality and reliability. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

I absolutely loved our Samsung Bespoke refrigerator...for the short time it was functional. It was only a year and a month old before it stopped cooling all compartments. We had thankfully purchased the Assurant warranty. A technician came to our home after a week without a refrigerator to diagnose and repair. Painless delivery. After it was 2 days past due
Delivery men were friendly, quick & knowledgeable. I didn’t have correct water connection, so that hasn’t been completed. Beautiful refrigerator! May be too large for area - my mistake. I paid for next day delivery, and it was 2 days later - after being confirmed at the store during purchase.
Compressor Issues After 4 Years
Extremely disappointed with Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The compressor failed after only 4 years. Samsung replaced the compressor under warranty, however, just two weeks later the refrigerator stopped working again. This has been a very disappointing experience, and because of the reliability issues, I won't be buying a Samsung refrigerator again.
