The Ice Maker and the freezer area.

In comparison to our previous Samsung 4-door, it is much more user friendly and the Family Hub panel is amazing. We are captivated by the artwork displayed, the possibilities of what the panel can do for us (we're obviously still learning all of what is available), and the split door on the left that's really helpful.

Bespoke 22.5-cu ft 4 Door Counter-depth Fridge
It took MONTHS to get this refrigerator!!! That I did not like. I've only had this refrigerator for one week but I must say that so far I like it very much! It seems incredibly well made. The handleless design and counter depth looks sleek. Except for the panel where the family hub is it did not come with panels, so for now it looks like a robot to me. But it is functioning well. I will include pictures when I get panels.

Great Refrigerator with Little to Complain About
As a refrigerator, this product is pretty great. It holds more than what my family currently needs and there hasn't been any problems. The SmartHub is pretty limiting in function so we mainly use it as a glorified music player in the kitchen. The only weird this is, when I purchased this fridge, it didn't mention that the panels were sold separately like the other Bespoke fridges so it would be safe to assume that it came with the panels. One of my favorite part is the beverage center, it makes it easy to store drinks for the kiddos. Also making the middle section for Deli makes it so much easier to store snacks. Lots of faulty appliances. Water pitcher collects
Bought an entire suite of Samsung kitchen appliances, including this fridge. The fridge itself is the nicest, but the auto water pitcher system collects lots of mold inside the pitcher.. Also, the oven came broken and had to be repaired, the gas flame went straight up. The microwave had to have it's transformer replaced due to some rattling everytime it was used. The dishwasher is the only thing without issues. I'd return them all if I could and get a different brand.
