The front door has a secret panel holding a filtered water pitcher which is genius and makes door holder accessible. The finish allows for us to write on it notes and reminders throughout the day with dry erase markers. We love this product!

The pitcher is used multiple times a day, the different sizes of ice are awesome for thinner neck bottles. Consistent temps in the drawer for drinks. Only issue is I did have a hose burst that required repair. Was fixed in 2 days under warranty and has been great ever sense!

It has large arrangeable trays inside. Deep freezer is large with 2 levels. Two different size ice cubes and cold water always inside. All setup handled through your phone. Outside does not get scrathed and very easy to clean.

Awesome fridge for good price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge.It has enough for all our groceries and drinks, and keeps everything at temperature. The freezer drawers have good capacity. The stainless steel finishing looks great and not hard to keep clean. Handles to open door are well located for comfort when opening. I just wish the ice trays wouldn’t get ice stuck sometimes preventing more ice production.

I am extremely disappointed with this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It was purchased just three years ago, and the compressor has already failed. A refrigerator is a major investment, and I expected it to last much longer than this. Now I'm dealing with spoiled food, the inconvenience of finding a repair or replacement, and the cost of fixing a fridge that should still be working. A compressor is one of the most important components, and it should not fail after only three years of normal use. ...
