My order was delayed and cause me an inconvenience

I am livid! I placed my order on Nov. 9 and was given a delivery date of Dec. 11. A few days before that I received an email stating that my delivery date had been changed to Dec. 27, which was several days after Christmas. I was devastated! I wanted all of my appliances before having family over because currently my old dishwasher, refrigerator and one of my wall ovens are down. Incredibly Disappointed

I’ve had this microwave for about a month and will likely replace it soon. I am incredibly disappointed. 1. It will NOT heat up the two plastic bottles of water I use every night, no matter how long I leave them in. Why in the world would it not heat water in bottles???
