The features on a fridge awesome. My kids can't stop playing with the family hub. When we have guests over they love it. Would never have thought a fridge would be so well loved. We are a month in and very happy with our 3-door bespoke refrigerator, counter depth, with the beverage center. Installation team was great, the panels look amazing. I was able to add a couple black silicone bumpers to ensure my pantry doors don’t hit the fridge, and since the side are black you don’t even see them. We received this product with broken pieces and a hinge between the doors that does not close properly. There is a crack between the doors that lets air in due to a flap (that has the camera on it) that does not close properly. I have spent hours on the phone with Samsung and it has gone nowhere. Every call and ticket number have done absolutely nothing. Due to the awful experience with Samsung and Lowes just allowing this product to be dropped off, I am giving this the lowest star. By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker had problems on this fridge. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired.

Got the refrigerator at a great price was excited for delivery but didn’t come with panels!! Don’t let the image of the fridge fool you when you purchase, their will not be a face to any of your doors (minus the smart hub). Thankfully Loews is sending out a rebate for the panels but that’s 6-8 weeks of having a having a faceless fridge.
