Purchased on 5/8/2021, failing now May 2026 - the washer cannot complete a spin cycle with even slight variations of weight. I have to pull articles sopping wet out of the washer and try and spin them one at a time. It won't even spin properly for one towel. Literally one towel that is wet in the washer and it will not complete a spin cycle without the unbalance error. I use Samsung all the time for my computer parts and those are great but I'm sad to report I've had a less than ideal experience...

Cannot complete a full wash it’s always unbalanced and it fills up and then it is unbalanced again in the spin cycle like everyone else even if you put one piece of clothing it’s very annoying and as far as the dryer a few days later after that started up. Unbalanced every load!
I am having the same issue with this washer as a lot of other reviews are you cannot even complete a single load anymore without it being unbalanced, i tested it with 1 t shirt and same thing. Load starts as normal, gets to spin cycle, unbalances, fills up with water to rebalance, gets to spin cycle. Unbalances, and fills up with water . A repetitive cycle. Worst washer ever
This washing machine has cost us a lot of money in water bills! It constantly stops and says “unbalanced“. There have been times when a load took 6 plus hours to complete. I usually have to remove towels or jeans to get it to complete the wash. I’ve never hated a washing machine more! Sounds dramatic, but it’s super frustrating!
