I am so sorry I ever purchased this washer. It has been nothing but frustration for the last two years of ownership. I purchased a brand new as well as an entire suite of Samsung appliances. What a mistake! Every time I put sheets, or bedding of any kind, it gets hung up and you have to turn the power off and re-position the clothing in order for it to drain. In the overview it says that it can be connected with a smart phone app. You CAN NOT, it does not have smart capabilities. Then worse, it quite clearly says that it has a bleach, detergent and softener dispenser and it DOES NOT. It only has a bleach dispenser. These were both features that got me to choose this model.
Never buying a Samsung again.
Bought this washer (with matching dryer) in Oct of 2017, already having to buy a new washer because the mother board is shot. Incredibly disappointed and hate that Samsung would sell something that breaks so quickly.
