These planks are defective.

I'm having problems with the manufacturing quality. Some new, uninstalled planks are separated on the ends. The laminate is not properly adhered to the base. I can lift the corners off with my fingernail. If it is joined with another plank, it creates a hump. This batch is garbage.

Poor locking system

Beautiful looking floor! Unfortunately the locking mechanism is not good…This product was advertised as easy locking system, definitely false advertising….after locking in the floor, we noticed that the floor unlocked in several places…again, beautiful flooring, the manufacturer needs to improve the locking system!

We had the Blue Ridge Pine installed in the new house we built in 2023. I was much more comfortable with the builder doing it than me stumbling through it. They definitely knew what they were doing. It's beautiful... so many visitors have commented that they initially thought it was real wood. We have two dogs running on it constantly and have not noticed any scratches at all.
