New updates make this machine!

I love the new features with this model. The sight glass on the pump makes it much easier and safer to keep from running the pump dry and this thing can run all day long without a single issue! I never run any fuel with ethanol either but not once has this let me down.

One and Done

I purchased this product and it worked perfectly other than it seemed to be starved for air as I had read in other comments. Cracking the fuel cap fixed that problem. 4 days later I went to use the washer again and it would not crank. I called the company who wanted to do troubleshooting over the phone. Not worth the money you spent on it

Back in December 2025 I bought a Simpson pro series pressure washer 3500. I used it a month work fine. I usually the next time the carburetor started flooding. So I’ll call 1-800 number and they told me to take it to the shop, I took it at the shop. They put a brand new carburetor on it and at the shop at work perfect. Bring it back out on the job site Crunk it up and still got the same thing. It’s flooding like it was before.

Great pressure washer

My work bought the same model and after using it a few times at work I decided to buy one for my home. Easy start, works great and the soap pump and tip are great too.

Great Pressure Washer

We just bought this pressure washer and have been pleasantly surprised of how well it works. Our old one did not have hardly pressure. This one makes the job so much easier!!

Easy of Use

I’ve had my Pro Series since mid-spring of this year and have steady use if it ever since. I like how compact it is to house so much pressure and versatility. Will definitely search for other Simpson powered products in the future!

Fabulous PW

I am a 58 year old woman who loves to pressure washer. I have had several PW in my life but this Craftsman has been the easiest to assemble and to use. I love it!!! Several of my neighbors have asked to borrow it when they saw what a great job it did on our driveway.

Great power

This power washer has more than enough power for all residential needs. I bought this power washer for my home use and I was hoping it would have enough power for some light commercial use and it did not disappoint.

I absolutely love this machine! This item is well designed, in my opinion. I upgraded from a 3000psi/2.5gpm to this Pro series 4000psi/3.5gpm and it's an excellent upgrade.
