I hate this washer!!! There is no point to the deep water wash, it doesn't even put enough water in to cover the clothes, no matter which cycle type you choose. What is the point of having a large capacity washer when it only fills water 1/4 full regardless of how many (or few) clothes you have in. Don't let the fact that this has an agitator sticking up in the middle fool you... there is no agitation, just a gentle back and forth motion. I bought this washing machine online through Lowe's. Transaction went smoothly. Delivery was excellent. It's an inexpensive washing machine but I have it in my shop and it's working just fine. The only thing I can say would be nice and an improvement to this machine is to be able to add water to the wash load that I think is required. I got this bc of good reviews. Wow this washer is trash. The middle part moves 2sec stops, 1sec to readjust then moves 2 seconds etc. it doesn’t agitate the load at all then it empties the water and spins. The second rinse it fills with water than automatically spins emptying the water. My dog blanket came out still dirty. I put it on a different cycle, this is my second attempt o clean the same blanket and it’s doing the same thing. What is this crap? It’s not cleaning anything!!!!!! I’m so dis...

Terrible
The delivery person set it up and didn't bother to stay to make sure the machine was working. And it did not work. Have been out of a washing machine for 2 weeks now. The repair service was a disaster with the person at the I supposed resourced repair company arguing with me that repairmen had been to my house to repair and had sent pictures. That was not true. The pictures she had was from the day they delivered the washing machine, we have date stamped pictures to prove.

After dealing with constant issues on my old washer, I decided to replace it with this one and couldn't be happier. Installment
I haven't been able to use my product yet. After attempted installation it was discovered my water valves were locked up. Washer was placed in garage and I had the valves repaired. I called to have re-installation and now I have to wait ANOTHER week to have that done. I am not happy about that at all.

This piece of crap lasted not quite 3 years. It completely stop working. I'm ashamed of you Whirlpool. Y'all been in the game for years & this was one of the reason why we decided to purchase another one. DON'T PURCHASE!!!!
