The ring battery doorbell (3rd Gen) was very easy to install and set up through the app. The video quality is clear during both day and night, and motion alerts are sent quickly to my phone. I like being able to see and speak with visitors from anywhere, which adds an extra layer of security and convenience. The battery life has been impressive, lasting several weeks before needing a recharge. The app is user-friendly, and the connection has remained stable with my home wi-fi.

I immediately got this once I moved into my apartment. It’s been very helpful when it comes to screening and seeing what is going on outside of my door. Set up was easy and it was so easy to connect to my Wi-Fi. Also, battery life for me last about a month until I have to recharge. Simply because I have so many enhancement and features for it. I love the motion detection feature.

Lowes sent the wrong product now is my problem

SE Lowes in Columbia SC did a same day delivery to me of a WIRED ring doorbell (which I can't use), instead of the battery doorbell I ordered. Now I am attempting to call customer service and the number rings and rings with nobody answering it. This was not done by me--ideally Lowes would send my ordered item and pick up then wrong item, but they are putting the effort on me from their mistake!

Ring doorbells are awesome

Ring doorbells are amazing I had one at my old house and will be getting one for the new house. It was so easy to set up, has an app that’s very self explanatory, and it’s perfect for safety and seeing when things come to the door. The sound is great on it and you’re even able to talk to people at the door when you’re not home. It went great on the wall without ruining anything it’s the perfect size and weight.

We love our doorbell, it with stands the weather conditions. We the notifications in a timely manner, plus it’s nice to have when we are out of town. We never have loss connection, especially during bad weather. I would recommend to anyone.

The duration of the battery it’s great i charge once a month with a lot of motion in front of my door since we live in apartments, the audio it’s great very clear. Also it’s great for when you have kids you feel more secure with the ring camera and the app is easy to use it very smooth process.
