The YouTube videos are 7 years old and don't address the problem of how to put the product bottle in to the mop holder. Basically it just pours out or doesn't come out at all. They never mention you have to change the top on the bottle to get it to attach to the mop. Even after doing that I guess you have to remove the plug hose, even that didn't help. No How To Take Bottle Out & It's Flimsy

We bought this yesterday & used it as soon as we got home. We just laid flooring & we wanted to protect it asap. We used the cleaner first but when we went to take out the cleaner bottle we couldn't figure out how to take it out & there is nowhere telling us how. love the liquid products but the mop itself is a poor design

I've been using the rejuvenate shine restorer for years and love that product so thought I would by the spray mop to simplify cleaning. It comes unassembled so you can't see the flaws till you put it together. The mop handle bends when you press too firmly, the cleaning fluid mounts on top of the mop handle making the it hard to steer as gravity wants to rotate it to the underside of the mop, which makes the handle spin and makes it hard to steer and hold on to. Instructions don’t tell you that you should turn the mop upside down because the bottle nipple blows fluid all over the place. And getting the bottle out of the unit for storage by turning the mop upside down as with insertion, leaves fluid dripping all over the place. But leaving it upright would create a mess as well. I got the spray mop a few days ago, and tried to use it. It took a lot of finagling to assemble it properly - you have to push the bottle in all the way to have it work and it's a tight fit. Then I found that the spray nozzle seems to have two settings: practically off and gushing on.
