Easy Installation

My 4 year old grandson stayed with us for some beach time and, for some reason, locked himself in his bedroom and did not know how to unlock the door (UGH!) After this, I removed all the rooms with locks using this set from Lowes. Very easy installation and the handles matches the finish and look of what we already had in the house.

No Missing Hardware or Screws!

Reading some reviews makes it even more difficult to reach a discussion. Why? Because some of the reviews are based on the incorrect product, or brand name. The product may look the same, but it’s a different manufacturer. Or, same product with someone else’s name stamped on it.. However, this review is based on the correct brand and style product. I was impressed that all hardware was included, even the correct amount of screws. Though the installation was easy, it is not always plug and play....

I purchased this product to replace one I was having problems with. It was very easy to install and I am very pleased with my purchase. It works great.

It took 3 purchases to get one that worked, I guess. They would not latch into place until I pounded it on the floor. Price increased by 25% since last year.

Check Your Items Carefully!

This was a very strange interaction with Lowe’s. I purchased this item online for in-store pickup and the process went well. However, when I began to install the keyed lock set, I discovered that it wasn’t a keyed lock set, it was a bath/bedroom lock set in a keyed lock set package! DO NOT BUY!!! RECALL PRODUCT!!!

I bought a few of these door handle locks for my toddler. I have them on linen closets to keep medication and cleaning product's safe and out of reach. The keys are stiff going in. Not a big deal. Installed a new one a day ago and disaster! I tried to get into a locked room and the handle failed! The little portion that goes into the metal frame in the door frame would not fully pull back. I called the manufacturer. I asked for them to immediately to send a lock smith. THEY DID NOT HELP ME!!!!! ...

couldn't get the color to match the rest of my handles but this was easy to install and works .

Wavy Knob

Nice look to update handles and make them match. Previous owners had changed some door knobs so we had 3 different colors. The wave is really helpful when hands are full.

Quality Control needs to be improved

Your quality control needs to be improved. Two of the six door handle sets in the box had issues. A bent shaft in one case, and less-than-smooth latch movement in the other. I dealt successfully with these problems on my own. But there was another issue: I wanted to flip the lever handles in two cases but could not find instructions for this, only an online reference to an instruction sheet.
