Door knob locks by its self

The bottom door knob is so cheap it locks itself when you turn the handle You can't go outside your house without it locking you out What a cheap piece of junk I paid cash lost receipt so no refund from lowes

Unreliable

I bought 2 sets. Although the deadbolts work fine; the doorknob on one set has locked on it's own, locking me out several times. And the other set the doorknob won't lock at all.

Check out the keys before you make copies

Easy to install and works as expected. There are 4 keys inside the package. They're on 2 separate key rings so I assumed there were 2 keys for the knob and 2 keys for the deadbolt. I was wrong. They're all the same exact key. I spent money copying keys when I didn't have to but that's entirely my fault for not paying attention and I laughed at myself after I realized what I'd done lol

Good Quality Door Handle

Good quality door handle and dead bolt definitely read the instructions in detail I didn't have my handle oriented properly and stripped one of the screws but after a couple small adjustments I was able to get the dead bolt and door handle lined up and functioning properly great quality door and dead bolt for the price

waited over a week for the return refund

lowes got the return but wont refund my money over a week now going on two. it is in process. lock was broken and did not work
