I purchased two doors for $150 each. The assembly of these doors was very shoddy. One of the hinges was not fully screwed in which causes the jamb to bow. The mortice for the striker plates was not deep enough. The spacing of the door casing varied by as much as 1/4" from top to bottom and on the sides. Sub par construction
First off the rough opening size printed on the door packaging is to big, measure yourself and don’t trust the stated size. Second, the jamb and trim construction is below sub par, the trim was over a 1/2 to long on strike side causing out of square issues, I had to completely retrim the door before I could install it for two reasons, one out of square issue and two larger trim to cover the incorrect rough opening size since my Sheetrock was already hung and finished. Most things I get from Lowes are fine. This product is NOT. I purchased 5 of these interior doors for my house. All 5 had varying amounts of damage from shipping and 4 had serious manufacturing defects. If I wasn't constrained for time, I would have returned all of them. We had to make adjustments on 4 of the installs and I'll have to redo the trim on one or both sides of all of them. Not worth the money I paid.

Product itsemf is nice but when we gotnit home we realized it has water damage sue to being more ofna compsite type material and not solid wood. It will have to go back. We may order a paneled door instead but if we decide to do solid i will still get this door because it was a great price for prehung.

Absolute worst product I ever bought from Lowes. When I put my house on the market (soon) I will have to give the buyer a discount because of these doors. That's HOW BAD they are. I'm only giving it one star because you can't give zero stars.

pitiful doors
If allowed would have given it a NEGATIVE rating. Had to remove all the trim and recut it. Purchased two and return one. Both doors were very poorly built. If i hadn't had to have a door that day both doors when have been returned. If you buy this door good luck with it.
