Solid wood!

I was skeptic as many years ago I was a kitchen cabinet specialist and back then the RTA cabinets were not solid wood. Quality product?

I purchased based on good reviews but recieved a heavily damaged cabinet that I will have to now pack up and figure out how to return. I ordered home delivery because I can't fit into our SUV. The pictures don't show the 12" gash along the side as well that was just painted power due to lighting. The plywood is delaminating and just looks ridiculous. Product is damaged. Too difficult to get any help. Customer service sent me to a different department. That department sent me to a different department. Nobody works there except during normal business hours during the week. Called during the week several times before getting ahold of the correct person just to find out they can't help. Pantry Cabinet - The good and the bad

The cabinet comes requiring assembly. I liked the finish and the fact it is made of plywood. There are a few areas that need improvement though. The sides and back are held together with corner brackets. The screws included are pretty small, so time will tell if they will come loose. Very incompetent. Process failure.

I will never recommend buying anything online from Lowe's. They tires to defraud me by charging me for returned items. Took over 10 calls to Lowe's and the Synchrony bank and still not confirmed that the screw up has been fixed. They charged me for items never delivered to me.
