terrible installation. Door is 1 inch off on one side. Used my original door facing because it was measured incorrectly, Left taking the door facing I paid for and I definitely feel I paid for something I didn't get. The installers should have taken the door back when they saw it didn't fit instead of trying to make it fit. I am an elderly female and think I got a sneaky job. I think it was someones first day working alone
To start with: when pulling the two trim sides apart; there are big staples that need removed but this one had small staples all the way around (lots and small like they are used in production) that we had to dig out prior to getting the sides separated. All three of the hinges only had 2 screws, picture showes where we added a screw. The trim was not alined up the same down the door (picture attached). In short this door was a nightmare. Cheapest door I have ever seen.
This is the cheapest made door I have ever seen in my life. Too bad I bought 10 of them before I started putting them up. Just buy a sheet of paper and put over your doorway. It will be cheaper, fit better, and install easier than dealing with these. Should have read the reviews first. Seriously considering calling it a loss and just putting my 28 year old doors back up.
Poor Fit
The unit come all tightly package which is nice. When you release the packaging and start hanging the doors the normal slack comes into play and the frame isn't wide enough. I bought four of them. The first one I pulled the frame apart 3/8 of an inch to get the doors in place. On the second one I planed each door down 3/16" to make them fit. Not impressed.

Door missing hardware!
Door was missing hardware and I didn't notice until after I painted it! Some hardware WAS there...but, mounting rail, wrench and others missing even though parts bag was sealed! Nothing on packaging to contact manufacturer to get parts from them! Bummer purchase!

I'm a contractor building a new home for sell. After walking through after a sub had finished their job I notice a hole in the door that I had installed. With closing fast approaching I bought this door to replace the damaged door. It saved about a two week wait and solved my problem.

Poorly Assembled
Door frame around the door was very loose and unstable. The staples holding the door frame to the door were coming out when the box was opened and eventually did come out when trying to install the door.

Looks are deceiving. Size not as advertised.
Each door is about 14.5 inches wide so they’re only 29” wide together instead of 30” as advertised. When installing two pair at laundry closet open there was about a 1” gap in the middle an doors barely reached side frame. Also doors do not have a smooth finish. Extremely rough around edges. Would need to be sanded before painting. Had to remove doors and return to store for refund.

Already cased
The door is OK, but it comes with the casing/wall trim already attached, so if you are remodeling and want new trims and baseboards that all match, you are stuck with what is on the door jamb or have to remove it. It is an Anderson-ish style which I specifically do not like! Have to now pay someone to remove the ugly casing and hope the door jamb isn't damaged in process. I am very unhappy about that, especially since I am replacing 10 doors. Dont buy these if you are wanting to customize!

May as well have made my own.
None of the doors I have bought so far fit the casings properly. I have bought 4 need to buy 7 more I am not impressed I withheld my review until I had several. The hinges were not mounted in the machined openings. The only thing I have gained on this is that the frame is built.
