A good budget door for certain use cases.
This is a budget item. It offers some of the high-end features as a consumer I was interested in but not willing to pay for, like a Pella or Anderson door. I think it's important as a consumer to know that going in, so there aren't any surprises when the door arrives at your home. Missing hardware
The handles and the mortise lock keeper were missing from the package. Reliabilt is certainly NOT reliable when it comes to products. They should have a claim against them for knowingly selling products that are not complete.

The first thing we noticed was how much quieter it was with the doors installed. Everything works the way it should and I certainly won't be missing my old vertical blinds. I especially like the double locking mechanism. Also, I can see if it is locked from across the room. The door is heavy, but looks good
Project went well, had a little trouble squaring up the door, but finally got it right, the door came without any hardware, Lowe’s tech ordering me replacement hardware. Overall it went good.

Bought two - 1 excellent; 1 not so much...
I bought two doors. One was as expected; the other door didn't have the roller mechanism installed from the factory. With no roller mechanism, the door wouldn't slide. The door was already installed in my house because, who would think to look for the rollers before installing? We took one panel off, returned it to the store. Nice door for the cost
This is a nice door for the cost. The only complaint is that the blinds list contact with the slider after 3-4 slides. We aren't able to raise them completely now. When I slid the blinds I was being really gentle.

Glass Replacent
On of my doors was broken by a piece of rock that flew out from my lawn guys mower, it happens. However, there isn’t really an easy way to get that side of the door replaced. I called customer service she explained they didn’t sell replacements for them and I should buy a new door. I am going to replace it with a slider wo blinds I spent weeks on this already.
