There is a plastic shipping plug inside the door that was absolutely near impossible to get out, meaning you cannot open, close or install the door. It was broken to bits. We had to actually remove all of the frame, which also broke during the process, and spend almost two hours to tear out bits of the plastic plug. Absolute crap!
I've never had so much trouble installing doors in my life. I purchased three of these for a room addition. Thinnest possible material and still have two sides for the jamb. The staples holding the two halves together were buried in the jamb. Hidden damage inside corner protectors. One of the hinges was not countersunk. If I had not been 50 miles from the nearest store and huring for time, I'd have returned them. Surprised Lowes would even offer these.

It does work but cheap mad the frame has staples sticking out that needs hammered in. The jam and the door are two different colors of white. Previous purchase the set up the door was bright with no painting needed. The jam had no staples sticking out. You get what you pay for now a days.

This country is losing its quality control!
This prehung door did the job but as with a lot of things now a days, no quality control. We got the door installed and working correctly but we had to work a lot a of things out because of quality of material and less than desirable workmanship on the labor that put the door together.

Great replacement replacement pre-hung door.
Door was used to replaced an older pre-hung door - the door and frame hand been broken. Everything fit well - door and frame are restored to new.

Check the gap at the top of the door.
The mortises for the door hinges were cut from the factory 5/8" too low resulting in a huge gap at the top of the door. I had to remove the door from the frame and re-mortise the hinge. This of course left an undesirable area in the door frame. I bought two of these doors and compared all of the measurements. once I moved the door up 5/8" everything including the striker plate hole lined up correctly. I would have returned it but it was the only two they had in stock at the time.

No Quality Control
As a DIYer I thought the split jamb option would be easier to deal with for my pantry. If I could go back I'd get a traditional jamb and something that wasn't assembled by three blind mice. The jamb side of the lock set hole was out of line with the door. If you line it up, the door jamb was out of square. Two of the hinges weren't lined up with the "milling".
