I ordered online to pick up, I'm standing in line behind another customer... and then this lady walks and cuts in front and the representative saw me standing in line waiting patiently and proceeded to help the other lady. . Order from the convenience of my recliner, drive to my local Lowe's and park in close in customer pickup parking, scan my Lowe's App pickup barcode at the locker kiosk, get my item and leave. No waiting in line. Can't make it any easier. Wait, the do if you get it delivered. But I sometimes make excuses to get out of the house.
