This is a wonderful looking light fixture. I wanted it to replace a drum light over our kitchen table that did not cast enough light downward. The light manages to cast less light downward onto the table than the drum light. It does cast plenty of light upward and to the sides so the area is better lit, but not the table top. Needed modification

We liked the style and have every light in the Forrester series in our house. When hanging this specific light, we discovered the specific issue complained about by other reviews. Because of the bar that the candles are mounted on, there is a huge shadow below the fixture. If you are looking for a light over an island, this light in its original configuration will not work. Love the metal, sleek open lines of this Chandelier (although it casts some interesting shadows on our ceiling). The 2 light holders on either side of the center appear to be slightly off of being straight, but I feel like I am nitpicking for issues. This was a little on the difficult side for me to install, I would definitely recommend having a second pair of hands to help. Farmhouse Dinning Room Light

This light is perfect! I absolutely love it. I did not personally install this one so I can’t speak on any internal/installation issues. But didn’t seem like much- took less than 30 mins to install. Does not come with bulbs (you need 5 but I only found packs of 4) they should’ve came with complimentary testing lights on something. But nothing bad to say. Love the light!

Horrible shadows

Would Not Recommend

I really wanted to love this light. It took my husband a long time to install it. But I hate it. The shadows it creates (on the ceiling and along the entire kitchen table) ruin it for me. If we never turn it on I would love it for the aesthetic, but not as a functional light.

Would Recommend

I was concerned this looked a bit too “industrial” but once hung it was quite nice. The “brushed nickel” risers for each bulb are actually aluminum and it shows. Lots of tweaking needed to make them stand properly straight. The chain also needed tweaking to allow for significant variance in the link sizes. Much more applicable to taller (9ft+) ceilings.
