At first I was a little disappointed in the bluetooth/wifi, a little confusing for me to to connect everything. I'm old, not a big fan of everything electronic, but I'm getting there. Who ever assembled it
Who ever assembled it forgot to tighten the bolts all the way during transport bolts came out due to vibration and was unable to be found. The guy that first came up to help told me there was no way for same day order and I wasnt going to pick it up and then came up to the front with it so maybe inform the employees that on days the guys there to do assembly you could get same day pick up

I purchased my 1150 last fall because the reviews made it seem like it was a top notch product, it wasn't. I initially had problems with the auger system feeding pellets. I got that resolved and the unit burned in and ran into new issues. Unit would not stay running, was giving me an error code saying that the ignitor needed to be replaced. We just bought this grill, it is our first smoker/grill; our son has one and it has been great for him, we looked at this model, one up from his on his recommendation.
