It works!
I have used the Pennington Grass Seed a couple of time now last year, and this year to fill in some areas that need attention, and it has worked great! Water it daily and it will start germinating within a week, and grows fast! At least that has been my experience.

Good fast growing grass seed.
I was really impressed with this grass seed after not so stellar results from other products. Make sure it gets plenty of water but this took off within a week and was well established within 3 weeks.

I bought two 20# bags of their "Sun & Shade" Grass Seed. That should be "Penningtons' Weed Seed" at best . . . After months of research locally and with Pennington I purchased their "Sun & Shade Smart Seed".
