The Pennington Cabo Collection is a modern twist on the standard timeless Terra Cotta pot. Made from clay, terra cotta is a natural, eco-friendly product that compliments any style. Terra cotta can be used indoors or out. Terra Cotta pots are also healthy for plants. Terra cotta allows the soil to get plenty of oxygen for plant growth, and naturally balances pH and temperature for healthier plants. Pennington Terra Cotta pots have holes at the bottom for drainage and can be paired with a matching saucer to ensure your plant has the proper amount of drainage to protect against overwatering. Measure the diameter of the pot across the top and choose a saucer with the same diameter or a little larger. To protect surfaces, we recommend using with a cork or plastic saucer placed below the terra cotta pot & saucer. Since terra cotta is porous, this will help prevent moisture from damaging surfaces.

I found the clay pot shopping for an inexpensive solution for replanting my wife's small succulent plant in the Garden Department. The pot's modern motif attracted us and we decided to purchase. There were several pots on the shelf but most were damaged. The shipping container must have been damaged or the store associate mishandled the stacking of the pots on the shelf for sale.
