Great nailer

All of the cordless nailers are good. But the paslode is significantly lighter. Yes the downside is you have to buy fuel cannisters. They're like $13 and shoot over a thousand nails. Plus if you're clever you can probably refill the fuel cylinders. The weight savings is worth it. You simply can't hold up a Milwaukee for multiple hours a day without feeling fatigue. Paslode weighs 8 pounds while aall of the competition is 10 + pounds. I've got one of the first models and it still works but does act up on me. But what should I expect, its 20 years old. I think I might get another Paslode. It's a great nailer.

This is a Paslode 30° Framing Nailer that operates on a 7V battery and a Paslode Fuel Cell. It can use Paslode Framing nails from 2” to 3-1/4”. No hose or air compressor

This framing gun does the job just as good as a pneumatic air gun minus lugging an air compressor and hose. The framing gun came with a hard case, battery, charger and safety glasses. Much better than dragging an air hose

I got this to help floor my attic. Previously I was using a different framing nailer but got tired of dragging the air compressor and hose around while standing on the ceiling joists. Other than having to buy new nails the transition has been easy. They both weigh about the same, but without the air hose attached, the Paslode is much easier to position. I was considering a name brand battery powered version because they don't require fuel. My local store has the guns on a display where you can handle them. The battery ones were larger, bulkier, heavier but cheaper. Then Paslode put their framing and finish nailer at almost half price for black Friday!! Done deal. These are so much friendlier to use, even if they require fuel.
