Do not buy!!
I ordered this item in early May. I waited weeks for it to arrive. When I went to build it, the wood had a foul odor and was splintered and crumbling. I returned it to the store. In order to replace it, it had to be special ordered. I waited three more weeks for a second one. This one is also cheap, splintered, and missing all of the caps for the plastic ends. Please save yourself the money and just build one. I now have to disassemble a SECOND bed and drag it back to the store while all of my p...

Wood Garden looks great!!! Wood pieces have splinters. The pieces look different among them. Some were smooth and clean, some were rough, dirty and edges were splinting. I can't tell if it's cedar or some other wood. I trust it is cedar. It did not have cedar smell nor reddish color.

Not worth the money
It was easy to put together, however it is way too expensive for what it is. You could buy wood from Lowe's and create this with heartier, sturdier wood planks and some bricks for a fraction of what this cost me at $150. The wood provided is flimsy and shredded somehow, will probably last a year max. Also 3 boards were missing in the box I was shipped so I was not able to separate the middle of the bed as shown in the ad. Plastic corners
The bed itself is functional but the cheap plastic corners have not held up well. They break and chip easily, as I found out when the grass trimmer hit the corner-not good. Disappointed. The connecting pieces and corners will somehow have to be replaced.

A little bad, a little good.
Product was thinner than expected but acceptable. Cedar boards very rough requiring sanding just to make them accept a stain. Fit appears to be above average. Once assembled to my finish and satisfaction it should be fine. Disappointed in shipped condition. Also, from where is unknown, but package had thousands of small ants inside. Glad I opened it outside; I used a blower to clear the floor.

Good for the price
I loved the ease of set up! The only thing I didn’t like was that some of the wood pieces did not fit exactly in as they should so had to sand them down a little but other than that it’s a great raised bed!

Stain the wood before
The angles of the cedar planks could be more pronounced so the tabs don’t pull through the gap in the frame post so easily.
