Origin 21 Westmoreland Walnut Transitional Vanity Bathroom Collection

Check all parts before installing.

The backsplash came damaged, is curved so it doesn't sit flush against the wall or the counter. The vanity looks great, however I have had to take the backsplash to the store twice, called the manufacturer got a confirmation number to have a new backsplash ordered but they could not order it because the authorization is for a whole vanity and I have the vanity installed already just need to have the backsplash replaced. It is going on a month since purchasing and I still do not have a backsplash...

Delivery was 3 hours ahead of schedule

The gold color of the handles did not fit my decor. They are held on with 2 screws and a little glue and came off fairly easy with a little heat from a hair dryer. I gently removed the gold plating with a Scotch Brite pad and found a aluminum finish under the gold plating that closely matched my fixtures. The white of the top is not a true white but I can live with it. All things considered I would give it a 9 out of 10. It came well packaged and defect free.

No real warranty

We just received this product and had it installed. It’s over 250lbs so we had it delivered. It looks very nice, but The drawers are difficult to open, but they are soft close. Two of the pulls arrived scratched. When I contacted support for replacement pulls, they notified me I was under warranty and could get a replacement. Then they came back and said there is no way to contact the manufacturer and I’d have to return/repurchase the item despite the warranty. Seeing as it was delivered and was...

Just buy it.

It’s a beautiful and sturdy vanity. Fits perfectly in a small powder room and offers lots of storage space. Like others have said, the bottom draw is a little stiff when opening. Not sure of the weight capacity, but I had to stand on it for a few minutes to install some wallpaper and it didn’t budge, creak, or make any indication that it wasn’t prepared to stand up to its sturdiness.

Defective

To start, this vanity is beautiful, the color is rich, and its has a nice high end feel for the price. The problem is with the quality of the engineered stone top and sinks. I am now in possesion of a second one. The first one had chips in the stone, we had an easy process with exchange. Now, the second one is installed. Within 4 days after being installed and using we noticed a crack and leaking in one of the sinks, and two chips in the countertop. We are in disbelief of the integrity of this...

Gorgeous Vanity!

Very happy with this. It came fully assembled and looks great. Scoured the internet for vanities that would work for our main floor bathroom renno which is very moody vibes. It’s also the bathroom that gets the most use as it’s the only one on our main floor so wanted something sturdy. This vanity is perfect, though a few things to note. The top came with a teeny tiny chip in the front. It’s right in the center. There were also like ink stains on one corner that I’m still trying to get off. Ver...

Very Well Built

It just arrived today. Rest assured this is very well built. It is solid and the workmanship is very good, dove tailed construction, self closing doors and drawers. The top is not white white like the sink has a tint of tan which actually looks better with the wood; it is still close to white. I hate buying online without seeing the product. I trusted the reviews and I lucked out. I'm impressed and the shipping packaging is very well done. There were some gauges on the one side of the box, but n...

Looked nice for 3 months, cheap vanity top

Our vanity arrived well packaged without damage. Drawers are small and not smooth, can’t keep much in them but overall we liked the look of the vanity. The problem for us is the vanity top. After 3 months, we noticed some spots on the vanity. It seems the finish was damaged. I honestly don’t know what could have done it as we have 2 toddlers in the house and don’t keep harsh chemicals in or use chemicals in that bathroom. The only thing I can think of is toothpaste or mouth wash. I tried a small...

It’s fine but not great

Fell in love with the vanity online, but knew I was going to want to change the drawer pulls. Delivery was almost a week late (fine) but they also dropped it on the side of our house at the bottom of our hill. Because it was delivered later than scheduled, my husband was away and I had to figure out a way to lug this 250+ pound box into the garage before it rained. Got it installed, looks pretty good and now find that the drawer pulls are screwed AND glued on. So if you want to change the hardwa...

Huge Crack on Top

We bought this back in April when we have been renovating our home. Last Friday we opened it out of the box and sure to realize it came with the biggest crack. Mind you we stored this in our storage for safe keeping. Cheap quartz it will chip with anything. We were over the 90 day return policy and the amount of work it took for us to get a refund for something that was not our fault is disappointing. You would think Lowes would help out more when you are doing renovations. Hopefully there was o...
