I recently purchased these cushions direct from the store. At first they were great. The color was perfect and they were lofty and comfortable. After sitting in them for maybe 6 hours, the day after they were delivered, the foam has collapsed in the center and is not springing back. The depression is twice as deep as shown in the photo. I'm hoping to either exchange them, or have the manufacturer send me new foam.

Love these cushions. They are thick and comfortable.
Will definitely check quality of material
The outer material was ok however the padding within was totally disappointing. After only a few hours of use they were flat and very uncomfortable. I started to return however the color was what I needed so I took cushions to a fabric store and bought 3-1/2in dense foam and threw the original in the trash.
