Awesome out of the box
My favorite grill so far! I have not used the smoker yet but I will soon. Esy to put together. Takes roughly an hour or so and you have to have someone help you. Too bulky to move by yourself. Works perfectly. Heats up nicely. The thermometers set a littl high from the actual suface so raising the lid to check the wellnes of your productt can becom combersome. Do not buy this grill
I got this grill smoker as a Father’s Day gift. It has been a great disappointment after I spent several hours assembling it I costed the inside with oil to season it. The smoker and charcoal sections were fine but the gas side did not perform as expected as the flame on high setting never reached above 200 degrees. Dont waste your money or time
Poor construction on the doors for both the charcoal/smoker and gas grill side. Large gaps and missing alignment on both doors. Even with the gasket tape from Oklahoma Joes on the charcoal/smoker side there are still large gaps and misalignment on both side of the door. How are we supposed to keep the smoke or heat in with gaps like that? Save your money and dont buy one of these! Assembly Instructions could be better
I would like whoever wrote the instructions to tell me they followed them to the letter and had an enjoyable experience. Putting all of the parts onto the side smoker then putting the 2 halves of it together, to then lift it up and attach it to the main assembly is just not the best idea. maybe to ensure everything fits, but if you attached each half to the main assembly one at a time loosely then put the accessories on, it would be a lot easier. Non-existent Warming Racks -- avoid!
Website is misleading in that it shows warming racks on this thing. Got talked into just buying the warming racks but there's no way to mount them without a template and slots. Avoid future frustration and avoid this brand at all cost. Should've just went with a stainless competitor instead of this garbage.

Use your brain not the instructions.
My issue isnt with the smoker/Grill combo. My issue is this awful app. I followed the instructions to the letter. The entire time I am wondering to myself, wonder where the washers go? Why arent the washers being used for the main structure? For a breif moment I thought maybe it wasnt supposed to fully seal. Dumb, the washers werent mentioned once. now I have to go back through loosening bolts, adding washers, and re tightening the entire grill.

Some minor craftsmanship/quality concerns but fantastic features
Serial #50251220005 I was excited to see warming racks on the visual, but found out it wasn’t on my model. I should’ve looked for the best model. There are some minor air gaps (between ash tray and vent, on the outside of the chute for example) but I don’t know if it’s enough to be a problem. Also the screws under the logos had their threads stripped completely, and there was what seemed like aluminum shavings on the inside of the lid. Good Grill but paint peels, and grates rust easily
I bought this grill almost 10 months ago, I used it at max 5 times, taking very good care of it, cleaning it, always covered and not in a humid climate. The Grill is good on the gas side, heats up fast and does what it needs to do. The big Charcoal part will consume too much charcoal for a single grill session. Could add a charcoal riser in next models or maybe an add-on to make this side better. The small offset part is good for small batches but since it is small it is difficult to maneuver....
