Item is great but not from Lowes
I ordered this from Lowes but had to call them back to pick it back up. When they delivered it, I found out why it was the last one. The box looked 10 years old and was already in very bad shape like it was passed around to different customers. Parts were falling out of the trashed box. I got this smoker when it first came out. I got it when it was on sale when u could still get the og version. I ordered an extra grate and got the griddle I honestly couldn't be more happy with it. The upgrade door to the fuel source is an upgrade drum smokers need for those long cooks. SO FAR LOVING THIS GRILL
HAVE HAD THIS GRILL FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW AND HAVE BOTH SMOKED AND GRILLED ON IT, SO FAR IT HAS BEEN GREAT. I HAVE DONE A SMOKED BOLOGNA, 4 RACKS OF RIBS, SOME ITALIAN SAUSAGES AND SOME CHICKEN THIGHS OVER 4 COOKS. THE TEMP DIALS IN SUPER SMOOTHLY, I LOVE BEING ABLE TO ACCESS THE FIREBOX TO ADD CHARCOAL IF NEEDED. Great smoker, grill except.....
I purchased this smoker in October 2025. Overall I like the smoker except for one problem. The fuel access door is poorly designed. It sags when is open and it doesn't close tight enough. I'm guessing it's because the hinge may need a more substantial way to attach it to the grill.. I hope the engineers will look at this issue and fix it even though it is too late for my grill.

Great for Grilling
Purchased this grill/smoker 5 months ago & grill pretty much every weekend and this is awesome for grilling or smoking. I use this for grilling mainly but have smoked on it a handful of times and both options are great. I also have the Longhorn Reverse flow & the Table top Rambler but prefer the drum smoker. The pull out basket is nice future and the deciding factor as I like to add wood or charcoal during grilling and the temp control is great as well.
