Great locks! I like the idea of a new one

Great hinges. Easy to lock and lock and lock and lock with the right side and lock the doors on both ends and lock and open them with a lock and lock and lock and lock the lock box on each end to make it look more comfortable to the right of each of them.

Ouch

There are 2 kinds of these spring hinges, the kind that has an exposed section of holes where you place a tension adjusting rod when you're dialing in your tension, and these horrific torture devices. The other kind is so much easier to use, they don't slam shut on your fingers like this one does and adjusting tension is much more intuitive. The pocket to insert the hex key also stripped almost immediately, so I wasn't able to adjust the tension anyway and had to toss it.

Replaced existing cheap door hinges with these.

Great quality and reasonably priced. Perfect fit. I will replace the hinges for the other doors with those types of hinges.

Heavy duty hinges

Very strong hinges, used them for a solid core wood door on the job

Not so good

difficult to adjust. No firm setpoint. looks great but functions poorly.

Good quality, includes accessories, screws shims.

Works good, adjustable torque, even has cardboad to use a shim if needed.

IT DIDN'T FUNCTION PROPERLY. WILL TRY IT ON ANOTHER PROJECT.

I installed these hinges on a commerical bathroom door so that the door would always be closed. Worked great, not too fast, just right so as not to slam, just gentle closing

Used to auto close a residential door. Works great. Only need one or 2 in conjunction with the existing hinges

Great hinge, easy adjustment

Replaced center hinge on office door, works great. Don't forget the lock screw or it won't stay adjusted.
