Good product. Second order missing one bolt

Great item at a fair price. Nice and solid. Purchased more after an initial order. What I'm not happy with is with the second order, having to wait 4 days on an "available tomorrow" package with no status until I called in, then opening up to install and finding one of the bolts missing - the others had them. It must have fallen off because the plastic retainer was in the box. I'm a homeowner so I don't have extra hardware laying around so it's a big inconvenience when it's missing. I s...

Sturdy!

One of the braces on the handrail had striped out the bolts to where they could not be tightened. I was able to use this splice bracket on the handrail so that it would not move as she put weight on it when holding onto it. I was so worried about her getting hurt by the railing giving out but now I am confident that will not happen. So far it has been on the handrail ...

Simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This type of bracket is just what i needed to finish up my project. The bracket is heavy duty. galvanized steel and really great quality. I suspect it will stay looking nice and doing its job for a very long time. I don't use this type of stuff often but its fairly easy to use. The screws are heavy duty and are holding up well. Definitely recommened.

ok bracket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one of these, which I got to try out to see if they would help strengthen my railing. It was easy to install and steadied up the rail I was concerned about, will be getting more to finish the project.. a plus is that it is supposed to be treated to withstand harsh weather.

Husband likes

There are galvanized so rusting will not be a problem. And they came with the bolts to use them. Will update later.
