After the initial cooking on the grill we finished it on the searing burner, the results were spectacular, soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Next was pizza, this grill get very hot quickly. The stone was up to temperature in just over half the time of my old grill. In about 7 minutes I had a perfectly baked pizza. Burns way to HOT!!
I have had my Built -in for bout 2 yrs now and I am just now wanting to write my review!! You can not judge in the first for months you have to use the product right? Over all great product best in the bizz... Two issues burns way to hot, I tried and tried to keep adjusting the heat but the temp is always around the 500 degree why? Also my rotisserie stopped working is this under warranty still? they proclaim life time guess we will find out.

Great Built In
I grill 2-3 times per week. The Napoleon built in Prestige 500 was a must have when I upgraded to a built in BBQ. Construction of the grill is solid - and so are the cooking grates. The only flimsy pieces are the “wings” on the removable grease tray; this tray is the only improvement I think this grill needs. It’s small and needs cleaned nearly every cook - plus when removing you have to be sure not to dislodge, sever, or Knick any of your control knob wires. It’s a little cumbersome, but the o...

After a full year of use almost daily this grill is still blowing me away with its quality. With just 2 burners on I can quickly get the grill to 700! Solid Grill
Nice Grill we allowed the local dealer assemble. Heats evenly, auto lighter works well, the grill is hot, make sure to start as low as possible to get to know the settings. I would like to see a removable drip pan or silicone pad for cleaning.

Exceptional grill for the price
I would say performance and build robust is just exceptional, lightning consume battery a little fast, side burner fantastic only one tiny problem all the engraving for the burner just fade off with the heat now i cant see any descriptions of the burners and the intensity, i would recomend use another material for the printing in this thing.
