Too much plastic
We opted not to use this item. We were very disappointed in the quality of the trim pieces. Even the tub spot was made of some type of plastic. Not what I expected from Moen / Lowe's.

This is a plastic shower head with low pressure and even after adding extra gaskets, leaks.

Know your valve!
Not for DIYers. Requires plumber for installation UNLESS you have a new build home. Know what valve you currently have before purchasing. We had to purchase a separate handle and spout bc the ones in the kit were note comparable with the existing set-up. Instructions are written for a professional.

Great design
The head design is very nice, the removable wand is very good and licks into place with a strong magnet. Much stronger than the equivalent Delta. It looks great and, so far no issues with water spots. I hear from so much about how they honor their warranty, one of the reasons I bought Moen.
Lowes folks in the shower dept are great!
Delivery was on the date combined with another order which was fine.

I LOVE the ability to use BOTH heads at the same time!!! This showerhead allows you to use the stationary one, the hose one, or BOTH!!! It's awesome!!! The hose is the only piece that has various modes though. Magnetic piece makes putting it back into place simple for closed eyes AND little hands. 😁
