Nice Towel Bars, but an easy install

These are nice cleanly styled towel bars. However, I'm giving them a four because even though I had them professionally installed, a couple of them could be a little tighter between the bar and the support and one had to be reinstalled because the supports were spaced a little too wide. Also, one of the supports has a small ding which is cosmetic, so not enough to redo, but kind of annoying.

Unusual but modern

The quality of the materials feels high, I am just not in love with the shape of the hook. It looks very modern and does the job elegantly.

Modern and solid

Solid mounting kit, great anchors, the only thing that feels a little over tightened is the hinge for the paper roll. Very solid piece and excellent value.

Piece felt solid and the kit was easy to install with the provided anchors.

Water pressure problem

Product was defective, little to no cold water pressure. Had to return it and had to argue with the sales clerk. My contractor installed it and immediately removed it to be returned. The clerk told me it had been used and couldn't take it back. I had point out it should be returned to the manufacturer, not put back on the self to be resold. They finally took it back and credited my account. I was able to purchase another one that works fine.

Undelivered & no refund

I never got the items even though when I called lowe's customer service, they said they were delivered.And there was nothing they could do about it.

Contemporary & classy

Simple clean design that is timeless for renovated bathroom.
