It doesn't havevwater spots really easy to clean

We purchased this same item 2 years ago it has been great with no issues

Quality has gone down

I like the faucet but not like other Moen faucets I've purchased in the past. I have'nt checked closely, but when you touch the handles, they feel like plastic. Now I feel we must be very gentle to avoid cracking or scratching them.

Moen Graeden faucet

Leaks. Agreed to ship the replacement cartridges but didn't include installing tool. Called them back and they wanted to charge me freight on the tool. They then agreed to waive the shipping charge but failed to enter the order. Terrible service

Water pressure problem

Product was defective, little to no cold water pressure. Had to return it and had to argue with the sales clerk. My contractor installed it and immediately removed it to be returned. The clerk told me it had been used and couldn't take it back. I had point out it should be returned to the manufacturer, not put back on the self to be resold. They finally took it back and credited my account. I was able to purchase another one that works fine.

Cheaply made

I bought two and returned one because the drain was missing like someone had taken it. But now I know why. That part is cheap and the rubber gasket was wonky, so I’m sure somebody else needed one and took it. Now I’m going to have to purchase and different pop up system.

Low Water Pressure

Been using it for a year now, and water pressure is dismal. I mean REALLY dismal. The hot water barely calls for enough water to trip the tankless water heater to start, and the cold pressure isn't any better. Very, very disappointed.

drain stopper does not fit in existing sink

I had three Moen faucets with drains toppers installed professionally and in all three sinks the drain stopper does not allow water to completely drain as it does not seem to fit the sink properly. While, I do like the new brushed nickel faucets, I am disappointed that I have to dry around the drain every time the faucet is used unless I get puddling. This was my first experience with Moen faucets and I'm disappointed.

Terrible Faucet - Design/Manufacturing Issue?

I purchased two of these faucets that sit side by side in a secondary bathroom, had them installed by a plumber and both had spout drips after they were turned off (the spout drip is typically 8 - 24 hours later). I contacted Moen and they sent me four replacement cartridges and said that should solve the problem. I replaced those but the drip issue continued so I contacted Moen again. Great purchase!

This is a great faucet set! It's very well-made and stylish. My last faucet was very wobbly and low-quality, and I could immediately tell this one will stand the test of time.
