Great product horrible delivery

Lowes refrigerator was great. Works amazing. My issue was the company that delivered it had 2 guys that were not nice. 1 barely spoke English and the other didnt say anything. 1 delivery guy told me in a not nice tone that he couldn't install the product because they were running late. Good not great

It has a good amount of space but my previous fridge has more fridge space and the freezer is easier to get to all the food. This freezer forces me to move food to get to the bottom food. Great Features with lots of room and Energy effice

Midea Standard Depth OneTouch Autofill Dual Ice maker had features that made Water & Ice combine come out all in one place. Cleaning up fingerprints with a wet cloth made it so easy .

It has premium inside lighting

Have liked the retractable shelf in refrigerator and side door to allow extra room for taller items.

Would not purchase again

The water dispensed is warm and never cold. When I contacted Midea I Was told it doesn't contain a water tank therefore it does not cool the water. What is the point in a freezer with a water dispenser if it is not cold water? The customer service I received was not the greatest either.

Fridge is great. Lowes delivery is a joke.

My wife is happy with the refrigerator. The delivery drivers were great no complaints at all about them. However, if you like being lied to and about and ignored: then Lowes delivery dispatchers and customer service reps. are right up your alley. Paid for the fridge (and paid for delivery) on 3/13/26 & set up delivery date for 3/21/26. -Good quality for a reasonable price.

This was purchased to replace a new refrigerator from a different manufacturer that never worked when installed. It started cooling as soon as hooked up and is quiet and the amount of storage is fantastic and door shelves are adjustable. Ice makers work extremely well and produce quickly, the small scoop in the freezer ice storage is a nice touch. Unit looks good and happy to have purchased it.

An absolute perfect refrigerator for a large famil

The fact that I can push a button and walk away while it fills my 40 ounce water, Tumblr and make my kids lunch in the meantime is beyond helpful. Midea should be ashamed of themselves

First first and my wife and I were very excited to get this. 6 months later it stop cooling and freezing. Scared driver

Product is good. Delivery sucked drivers were scared of driveway and we told them how to turn around and they ignore and messed stone up in my driveway. They were going to refuse to deliver when Lowe's already had delivered washer and dryer couple weeks before.
