We have had our oven almost 3 years, it comes with a manual that guides you through any questions. We have had not one functional issue and the oven cooks evenly without drying food. The stovetop still looks great and is easy to keep clean daily with a daily glass top spray cleaner, the large burner is a little big for most pots and pans, but is great for my large covered frying pan

Decent Range for a Sub $1000 Price

I bought this range to replace a 19 year old GE Profile slide in convection range where the glass extends over the sides and back of the counter. The GE range cost more 19 years ago than I paid for this unit on sale and I wanted to update the look of my kitchen with a new range and over the range microwave. From an experienced novice cook.

If anyone is shopping for a slide in range like this one you know the market has only a few to offer. I purchased this one specifically so the glass top overlaps the counter for a custom look. The stove was easy to wire up and install. I removed the plug from the old stove and installed on the new one. It does take a couple attempts to get the height set just right. Almost three years later and I need a new one.

Went to turn on my front right burner and there was a loud noise and a bright orange light. Turned off my power , and unplugged the Midea , checked the circuit , and plugged the stove back in. The stove clock came on , and then the noise and bright orange light ( which I now realize was fire) came back. Right after that I unplugged it and haven’t touched it since. This range is an excellent choice.

I bought a Medea dishwasher 2 years ago and am so happy with it that I decided to buy the Range and microwave too! I'm wish I'd done it sooner! I love everything about this range. It's sturdy, well made, beautiful, cooks evenly, the oven is larger than normal and the door is larger as well. I am able to see clearly into the oven when the light is on. And the included meat thermometer feature was a nice little premium surprise :)

Decent Product, Top-notch look, but bad services

I wanted a smooth surface that extends to the counters on both sides to cover the slim gap from grease and food scraps. For such a small detail, the next alternative I can find are products in the 3k 's or over 4k. So i gladly purchased this product. Absolutely terrible product and customer service

The oven as installed the first time I went to open the door the glass smashed. I called customer service they sent a new door it was also smashed. I had to pay to dispose of both doors. After second door came I actually got to use oven and noticed fan was making a noise in the back and so I called and they claimed they created a ticket I had to call a total of 5 times and still don’t have the noise looked at
